National Youth Week 2012 - Privacy statement

The Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) is collecting the information you supply on youthweek.com (your ‘personal information’), consisting of your full name, state or territory, age range, parental consent, contact phone number, email address, and password, to provide you with an account on this website. The account will allow you to enter competitions, submit events and participate in other activities associated with National Youth Week. DEEWR will use your personal information to email you optional newsletters about National Youth Week, to notify you about your activities on youthweek.com, and to administer competitions and events available on the website.

DEEWR may give some or all of your personal information to organisations who have contracted with DEEWR to provide services or activities for National Youth Week. Your personal information will not be used for any other purpose, added to any mailing list or disclosed to any person or organisation without your consent unless such disclosure is permitted pursuant to the Privacy Act 1988.
