Living Black

SBS Radio Living Black has taken a leap from its long history as The Aboriginal Program to expand on new connections with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
Now broadcasting three times a week, SBS Radio Living Black focuses on professional coverage of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander news and current affairs as they happen, as well as indigenous sport, health, community issues, new music and the many success stories in indigenous communities large and small.
SBS Radio Living Black is proud to partner with National Youth Week in 2012 to ensure that all young Australians, regardless of their cultural background, have the chance to celebrate their youth.
The program is available on multiple radio frequencies via SBS’ national network, and also broadcasts via satellite on the National Indigenous Radio Service, giving it the largest indigenous radio footprint in the country.
It is also available on the SBS Website at Living Black and on SBS Digital Radio.
