On 17 July 2010, the Prime Minister of Australia, the Hon Julia Gillard MP, announced that a federal election would be held on 21 August 2010 and as such the Australian Government has assumed a caretaker role.
Only updates, which adhere to the Caretaker Conventions, will occur to this website until the result of the election has been determined.

The winners were chosen from hundreds of entries received across the five National Talent Competition categories – RockIT (music), DesignIT (graphic design), WriteIT (short stories), ShootIT (film) and SnapIT (photography).
There was a high standard of entries this year and our renowned judges had a very difficult task in choosing the overall Industry Award winners.
